Domestic & International Shipping - CALANTHA

Every Calantha piece is made-to-order and made slowly by hand.

90% of our collection is handloom, hand-dyed, and hand-embroidered by artisan clusters across different regions of Karnataka.

Please note that ordered items will be shipped according to the timeline mentioned on the product description page.

For our standard handloom pieces, this timeline may be 2-16 weeks. For special, labour-intensive pieces with extensive handwork and hand-embroidery, production may take up to 12 months. These are exceptionally slow-made heirloom pieces.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. We will send a follow-up email with an order tracking link once your piece has been dispatched.

As soon as an order is processed by our studio, the weaving and production process begins. For this reason, we do not accept cancellations. Once production is complete, no further changes can be made to the order.

There may be instances when products will be dispatched from our overseas warehouse. In such cases, delivery after payment processing may take up to three weeks.

Your products will be delivered to the address indicated in your order confirmation. If you wish to change your shipping address, please email us at info@roopapemmaraju.com and we will try to accommodate your request. However, once dispatched from our warehouse, we will be unable to reroute deliveries.

Calantha cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes at this time.
