This is rani pink as it was always meant to exist  not dyed to trend, but woven to endure. From the pit-looms of Molkalmuru, Karnataka, this lehenga carries a GI-tagged tradition that spans generations of weavers who understood that silk and zari, once woven together, are inseparable.

The antique gold zari border runs the full circumference of the skirt  same weight front and back, same lustre, same fall. No shortcuts, no embellishments added after the fact. The border is the weave.
