Draped in the quiet confidence of a master weaver's craft, this saree is woven in the authentic Ilkal handloom tradition one of Karnataka's most celebrated GI-tagged weaves. The deep forest green body is woven in Ilkal's signature cotton-silk blend, its surface alive with an all-over geometric lattice characteristic of the weave. The rich pallu unfolds in a tapestry of intricate motifs in warm earth tones with gold zari accents that catch the light with every movement the hallmark contrast border and pallu that define every true Ilkal saree.
Layered over this is the art of Kasuti hand embroidery Karnataka's most revered needlework tradition worked in fine thread using the traditional running stitch to create patterns passed down through generations of artisan families.
